This business is a joke!

Management lies, slanders and generally act like children. They deduct pay cause you don’t make them 5xs your actual pay for the company. I.e I made $1200 a week good pay right! Ha when your suppose to generate $6000 that same week and if you make over time cause of the joke of a business model after they cut their nose off to spite their face when they dropped their main money provider. Then deductions start. Stay away they don’t care about you and is so sells driven they don’t or won’t understand that a family has to choose food or that useless u.v light they charge well over 1000% over actual cost

Fun work place. Everyone is there to help you

I loved working here, everyone is great. They great you with open arms and make sure you succeed. You do got to spend quite of bit of money on your own tools. But other than that. I loved working here.

Top Notch Company in HVAC Franchise Space

I've worked for many Franchises and owned many Franchises in my life. Aire Serv as a part of Neighborly does a lot right. Culture, Camaraderie and Compensation (including PTO, benefits, etc.) are among the best that I've seen in my career. Work-life balance is also something that Aire Serv strives for and succeeds much more than it fails. We have a code of values that we we live by in Neighborly / Aire Serv that was created by the founder of our company many years ago and the usage is alive and well today.

Very poor company to work for

Treats you like nothing but a number. Employers are ungrateful. Deducts pay and hours when work slows. At will employers so they will fire you without cause as well as find ways to not pay for hours worked and steal commission pay and pto time. Management will make promises to get you signed up and lie through their teeth.

Poor management

Poor management and bad culture. Definitely not the company it once was. More interest in money than employee. Balance between work and personal life was not ideal.

Great Company that truly cares

I love working at Aire Serv each location is independently owned and operated and in Colorado it’s the best employer around! They have paid training and class reimbursement, great pay, very flexible with time off and just care about me and my family. It’s also great to be the hero for our customers.

Fun in the process

We have a code of values that we truly use on a daily basis! The people I work with love working for Aire Serv and we are like family. We work to stay positive, support everyone and we have fun all the time. Sometimes the phones are crazy but then there can be slow times as well.

Great company to work for. The people working there are very kind and genuinely care about the customers.

Great work environment and always having a good time. The hardest part of my job is tracking down parts. but that has nothing to do with AireServ. The people are the reason i stay at this office.

Good Family run business

Family owned and operated. They treat you like family and take care of all the employees. They have great benefits and even paid time off. I love coming to work each day.

Overall great people besides a few. Big tip if you are planning on getting pregnant they will let you go without finding a spot for you and try to put you on “medical leave” to save themselves

Great Company

It's a franchise, so one to the next is different, but they are usually a good mom and pop business under a corporate umbrella. Depending on the owners and work being performed, it's a great place to work!

Unorganized Joke

Lack of communication, to many dept. meetings a week/day. Management is a joke.Unsafe work conditions with opening old HEAVY wood garage doors manually.

very strange place to work. catholic paraphernalia and music through out the office which is the owners house.

A typical day at work would be rescheduling jobs that the owner decided to change at the last minute for personal reasons.Learned nothing about the job. No training.Management was terrible so unprofessional.Workplace culture. Well i hope your white and catholic!hardest part of the job. Dealing with the owner.There was nothing enjoyable about this job.

Don’t waste your time

What is the best part of working at the company?They have good processes but each store is different depending on the franchise owner. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?The franchise owners and the lack of having things you need to do the job properly. Family Oriented Employer with Great Benefits

The most enjoyable part of my job is the workplace culture. Aire Serv of Chapel Hill has a family oriented atmosphere and a great management team. They provide support to their field staff and other employees jump in and help out when needed. The hardest part of the job is the heat, HVAC is a tough business when it's hot outside. Aire Serv employees do work hard but they also play hard! This is THE BEST PLACE I'VE EVER WORKED!! They also have company matching 401k and an awesome benefit selection.

Great benefits and opportunity for overtime

Having a job where there's always something to do means time is always flying by. With overtime and commission options, a great family-owned company that cares to do things right for it's employees and customers... you just don't find that often!
