Annual review and raises up to 3 percent if manager can't find a way to dock you. Management in our area tries to find a way to keep your raise lower. They usually do your review and raise late as well. It can be uo to six montgs late.
Value the long term employees. Go back to what made the company successful and promote and invest in employees that are hard workers, dedicated and loyal. These are the ones that have been around a long time and care about the company and will stay. Instead, they are bringing in people from the outside that are changing the culture and will leave.
Report to work and do your assigned duties as with any job.Run your routes in a timely fashion,while keeping the customer satisfied. Reload your truck once you return to the plant,for the next days orders.Coperate and work with a very weak and demanding manager or supervisors
