Micromanagement is their everyday way and too many chiefs. Nepotism is alive and well here and the customer comes last. I've seen them short change a customer on MANY occasions and not even think twice about it. They are only focused on getting the customer's money. They low ball employees and then get upset when you choose to leave, like they did - more... you a favor by underpaying and overworking you. The "Powers that Be" are currently clueless about how to keep good employees and wonder why the bad ones stay for life. It's called KARMA! - less
