The company has struggled post-recession. Unless things have changed significantly in the past few years, I'd avoid it. They require rotating shifts for plant workers, including supervisors.

Get everything in writing. Use it as a stepping stone to raise you to your next postion. Promotion from within can happen but there is not much room to move up.
