Your hired as a CSR however your IT help desk support all the way. They won't give you that title so your pay can stay extremely low. They used to have a couple spots you could try to move to advance a little in the group. They have since eliminated that option now. Its sad, the folks that work in the center are awesome people but management is horrible. Micro managing on rest rooms and lunches and posting what your doing , but rarely follow up on the real issues within the group. Sad, could be a great place to work but for now you will do three different peoples job for one extremely low pay. I am talking you can make more at Walmart right now then here.

Required to monitor network servers throughout the shift. Learned more attention to detail skills. Management interact when needed. Coworkers are easy to get along with and helpful. Sitting for long periods is the hardest part of the job. Most enjoyable job is stress-free.
