Hiring process , Paper Work interview .

Face to face interview, then if they like you you have a 2nd interview in the store they want to put you in, and then you do a "practice run" of acting by working in the store so they can "watch you work". Then you get hired. Once your hired, you have a trial period to prove you can sell. As a manager, if you meet the numbers, you get to stay. Hopefully you aren't training when it snows in Chicago, because no one comes in the store and then you won't have a chance to "prove" yourself and they fire you. I wasn't fired. I left after two weeks to get a real job. I've seen people fired within days and weeks of getting fired.
