There are around 3-5 rounds.
1) personal interview
2) ZM round
3) RM round
4) aptitude test

Very long.
Can take upto 6-9 months to get hired. They are very slow and do not fill all positions either. The company's culture is poor and work environment is difficult to work in. As much as possible, they will try not to hire anyone. If the department is budgeted for 4 employees, then they will hire one person. Nothing ever gets done. And the managers make heavy bonus for all this.
