The pace is INCREDIBLY STRENUOUS. I'm not saying it's impossible, it's definitely not but it's not for everyone. At least on the server side, get ready to be on workout mode from the minute you get in the door most days. You will be running up and down stairs, ducking, mostly in the dark, and alot of times with food and large trays. It is alot, but it was amazing work if you are willing to put in the workout!
