wish it was more reliable
the office was closed about a year after I left. The company had been downsizing for a while. They were great & I enjoyed my time there. i just wish that they had kept a local office.

Productive work environment with opportunity to learn and grow.
I enjoy work, some days are harder and more challenging than others but that’s part of the fun of it. The environment is great, small company feel for the employee and customer. Highly recommend not only the career field but Alarm New England.

Excellent Work Place Culture
What makes Alarm New England stand out from any previous employer is their work place culture. We have the privilege to work in an industry in which we strive to excel in customer safety. The company practices high standards to ensure we give our customers the best service possible. Due to the nature of the industry, there are critical moments in which we have to act quickly and on last minute notice. However, these high stress situations are mitigated and resolved due to the employees here. The team is incredible and everyone is able to communicate efficiently and work along cohesively to meet our end goals. It is a pleasure to continue to learn and grow as a part of this company, and work alongside a passionate and talented group.

A great place to learn
At this company you get to work with a dedicated team. There is a lot of learning that takes place during training so that you can then learn more as technologies continue to advance. When I first began I had about 6 weeks of training and I was encouraged to try and if I made mistakes it was ok. The main goal was learning. While working in my position, I had times where hands-on learning would take place and if I wasn't able to figure out the resolution for the issue, then I could bring it to the manager for a training session on that area. Every week you have time set apart to work on building and training so that you keep growing as a person. Even when emergencies came up, the main care of the leaders in the company were employees health and safety. You work but learn a ton in the process. From time management to how to handle customers and everything in between. This is a great place to be and the teams feel like a large family. We are encouraged to work with others to help all of us grow.
