Give everyone a decent raise, especially the deli department. The deli is the hardest department to work in. They also have the smallest journeyman, and still get the same small journey pay, from when the deli started as a smaller cubicle. The deli has grown immensely, and the company is too cheap to give us the journeyman as regular checker food clerks, and we are treated as checkers more all the time.
I would come to work every day with a smile and keep an up beat personality through out the day to keep spirits hi and the work fun.....
I would have a suggestion box for employees find a way for special events for employees
