Other companies driver pay as went up in the type of work dealing with food ..start pay at $26.... If you got experience is $30 an hour

I would not talk to my employees condescendingly in front of customers for one. And I would treat them with a little respect so they would want to stay working instead of being told we are replaceable on a daily basis.

This employer is cut throat, as in will cut your throat! If you need a paycheck, and healthcare, you can get it here, but you’ll pay for it with your hide. Bottom line- for the same effort and hours you can earn more and enjoy your job more almost anywhere else.

I would listen and communicate praise and keep an above standard positive attitude. I would review all challenges to find a better safer way of preforming them. And I will always put safety first along with positive praise and I would not play favoritism of any manner.

I would of had a utility room with sufficient supplies there in the main store for clean-up, without having workers to depend on outside help or having to wait week(s) for needed supplies - mop-head, broom, rags, soap, or paper towels - to come in because Stockers needed these to clean up sometimes. It also being a regulation.

Listen to your employees make sure they are praised for all their hard work and Effert be supportive be compassionate a happier workforce environment makes for better production stay positive attitude smile oftens makes your employees feel valuable to your customer give them some perks and incentives better for Companies growth and if employees happy Customers are Hsppy and satisfied and will return for more of your buisness and therefore word of mouth goes a long way so it's a win win for everyone!!
