I really enjoyed working for Alco for the most part. I loved what I did and making customers happy. The only thing I did not enjoy was the drama, stress, and all around competitive environment. Management showed favoritism to some employees. Dealt with rude and obnoxious customers and co-workers daily. Not enough pay for the work load we had to endure. Some co-workers were great to work with, others not so much.
