At the Cranberry Pa location you start at thirteen dollars an hour. You get a raise annually and every time you move up a grade in your department. The annual raise is determined by several factors including; attendance, personal productivity and, the company's overall profitability throughout the year. There is also a quarterly and yearly perfect attendance bonus as well as a separate bonus based upon your total earned hours from the previous year.
