Horrible and misleading...

Promised feedback from 2 different interviews. Got semi-professional feedback from first interview. Was contacted a 3 months later about another position at the same Alcoa location. After the interview that interview, I was "ghosted" by the manager that reached out to me about the position. No feedback or no info on if the position was filled.

They don't even have the common courtesy update my Alcoa Workday profile to tell me that I wasn't selected for the position. The profile still shows that the process is complete, but with no pending tasks.

They could come to my door now with a 20% increase in compensation and I would decline because if they treat candidates that they seek out and ask to come in for interviews and tours, I can only imagine how they treat their current employees.
