Amazing place to work
Aldarra Crew Member (Former Employee) - Fall City, WA - July 23, 2020
Very nice place to work at with a nice environment, they would offer free food during lunch breaks, The workers were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back in the summer time.

Bag Room Expectations

You need to be ready to do anything asked from a member or the pro shop. You need to be standing up and keeping your eyes on the members entering and already there.

Free food, free golf on mondays

Some members are tough to deal with

Seasonal work. The new manager forces that issue, the old manager would give enough hours to survive in the off season.
Will be interesting to see if the new manager sinks or swims though..,

Members of the club are most all great.
Cons
Management treats you as disposable.

Very easy job, just need to be social and listen to the manager. A background of golf is useful if you want to caddy in addition. Was a nice summer job for a high school or college student.
