A little ambivalent. Most people have not heard of Alder. When people naturally ask what types of benefits Alder offers, then I felt a little ashamed to say I worked at a Startup that was too cheap to take care of it's people. They do take you on nice cruises and trips though.
How long does it take to get hired from start to finish at Alder? What are the steps along the way?
It took me about 2 weeks. However, I had two friends that already worked here previous to my start date.
