A little ambivalent. Most people have not heard of Alder. When people naturally ask what types of benefits Alder offers, then I felt a little ashamed to say I worked at a Startup that was too cheap to take care of it's people. They do take you on nice cruises and trips though.

Embrassed I told people avoid Alder Security they will scam you and suck the money until you die.
Proud. Alder has been a great place.
