Alder
Alder Field Supervisor Review
Terrible management
Field Supervisor (Former Employee) - Houston, TX - April 17, 2023
Upper management will try their hardest to get rid of you once you reach a certain salary threshold. They don’t want you to take your paid time off in the manner it’s intended for and expect you to make up your appointments if you do take time off. Turnover is ridiculously high because of management. Their equipment is subpar to other alarm companies.

Good College Job
Field Service Supervisor (Former Employee) - Orem, UT - June 5, 2023
Alder is great for college students. They are super flexible with anyone's schedule and the work is really easy. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the company is shady and the CEO is a bad person. Easy job but it's kind of a scam.

SALES REP (Former Employee) - Houston, TX - February 8, 2020
Fun place to work as long as you work hard you control your paycheck. A lot of sales driven culture. They help with day to day life in general and do care about your well being

Hardworking yet very rewarding environment
Door-to-Door Sales Representative (Former Employee) - Houston, TX - September 11, 2016
We would start each work day at 12 PM with a meeting about the plans for the day. After this we would leave to the area we would be knocking in that day. From 2PM till dark we would be knocking on doors and working in peoples homes helping them see the value in a security system.
The hardest part about this job, was the physical, mental, and emotional strength it took, to keep working to find that one yes, even if it meant hearing a hundred no's.
Pros
Good pay
Cons
No breaks
