I would have an I hear you Monday. This way every last employee can be heard. Their feedback is very valuable. And because they do certain job's daily, what they have to say is priceless. I find that the best suggestions for change always comes from the people that are putting in actual work. Not, the people behind a desk throwing irrelevant ideas around and making them law. They can't make good decisions if they are not working in a particular environment.

Aldi should lease trucks and hire their own drivers and cut out the middle man as far as NFi and black horse so they can take care of their own as a whole so the communication line is open more as far as what needs to be done bc with NFi from Petersburg management treats the drivers like they are worth nothing and people are steady leaving because of poor management! Someone who knows what to do and how to do things should be a better candidate. For instance a person with experience in all fields of warehousing, driving and management! Great customer service!
