Never good, our original plant superintendent was fired and declared negligent over a worker getting maimed then caught lying to the state investigator, he was (fired) for two years then brought back in to management at a higher position, avoid this plant at all costs.

Exposed to toxic chemicals almost 24/7. Then you can transmit these toxins to your family by just wearing your shoes/clothes into your house. Stay away from this place.

Yes through GIS they do thorough background checks. Not sure if you had a felony or misdemeanor if they will still hire you or not. But anyway just disclose all convictions and give yourself a chance.
