Company has no structure at all. They have more turnover then any other company I have ever been apart of. Job security doesn't exist as they make cuts every month. Pay scale for the positions they offer is below market standards.

A very friendly and approachable staff. Staffed mostly with IT minded individuals. Worked with upper management, very friendly and easy going, allowed one to work at own pace

Great company to work for. The balance of work and personal is top notch and they are fantastic when it comes to family life and life events in general.

Pros Open communication among the team even though "training" and process was nonexistent. Was able to work from home but frowned upon because their motto is out of site out of mind. Cons Revolving door. Self training is a must because of no process documented nor a dedicated trainer. Management hires people who are not technically experienced to do the job but willing to work more than 40 hours at low cost. Favoritism is absolutely apparent. No job security with the office culture making you feel as though your job was ALWAYS on the line. Puppet players. Customer experience in my opinion is declining rapidly. Advice to Management, keep dedicated employees that have proven loyalty to the company and pay based on experience. Hiring low cost "help" is not effective in the long term especially from the clients perspective. Lost revenue and decline of service doesn't go unnoticed and word of mouth in this industry is detrimental. Good luck taking the cheap, revolving door way. I'm sure your clients appreciate the dysfunctional company they are paying for services.

The people in this company look to get you in trouble. The manager doesn't help the new employees and their is no "Training". We sat at a desk for two weeks w/ less than 30 min of "training" a day. They expect us to know how to do everything with out ever talking to you. Easy job but everyone will hate you for asking questions. It's nice talking to the customers because they are teachers and administrators of schools. The pay average

Can advance after working for a few months and give you a company computer.
Cons
healthcare, no breaks except lunch, not structured, no respect for non smokers, openly talk about personal matters at work, breaks for smokers only... Etc. not a fun place to work at.

Telecommuting was the best way to deal with the constant finger-pointing and dissent. Hard work a distant second to favoritism. Management revolving door. Everyone out for self. Communication depends on your political views. Unethical lead distribution in sales department

Responsible for contacting decision makers in the education industry to purchase a software needed for emergency announcements and everyday communication with school community. Scheduling webinars for the sales reps to introduce the product and assisting in the closing process by building relationships. Responsible for updating documentation. Ability to work from home and in the office is a plus .
