The company is not a bad place to work. I enjoy working with the customers, sales reps, and other departments. Things can be difficult in customer service, as the director (that is what they call the manager of customer service) doesnt really know how to be a boss. There are times she can be extremely negative, not only with her own team, but with other departments as well. That creates problems and hostility towards customer service. She just doesn’t know how to articulate her frustrations with people, and there are times where she is just downright nasty. If you can tune that out, this isn’t the worst place to work. She just makes it impossible.
