Not the worst place I've worked. Typical nursing home.

I wasn't a medical staff, but had the displeasure of seeing how some of the staff treated residents. There were some residents that would test your patients and those seem to be the ones who were ignored and treated like garbage. The CNAs and pcas were the worst about letting call lights go without answering them. One time I had to help clean a resident because they'd been on the toilet an hour waiting for help. The way nc treats their elderly is disgusting
Homelike environment and residents well cared for. Administration not very effective, but nurse managers are very helpful. Pay and raises are not a high priority with the company. Can be unorganized at times.
Best place ever. Management always willing to step up, especially the second shift supervisor, whom is the best supervisor I've ever had. Always have been treated fairly and with respect. The residents care is my passion.
