Good place to work
Extrusion Machine Operator (Former Employee) - Winton, NC - November 23, 2021
Overall it was a good place to work. You get every weekend off. 4th July week off and a week’s Christmas break. Management was pretty much fair and friendly.

I really enjoyed my job here. I enjoyed the people I worked with and worked for. It is a great working environment and I would recommend this job to anyone looking a good safe place to work.

Fun work place with supportive coworkers. Everyone works as a team to keep the company running. No weekend for office personnel. Never run out of work.

Great career starter if nothing else
Extrusion Lead Operator (Current Employee) - Winton, NC - March 20, 2015
Overall, Alfiniti has been very good to me on the employment side. The jobs are not very challenging and you are very well compensated for your time. it is a great way to start a career in the aluminum industry. A typical day consist of extrusion press and finish saw operation. I have learned a great deal about aluminum which is something that I had not worked with very much in the past. Management is ok, they do have their flaws and are very unorganized and some seem inexperienced. Co-workers are great, all three shifts get along with each other and actually look forward to seeing each other. Determining the tubing run-outs can be very challenging but getting to work with great people make up for the flaws.
