The work is good when management isn't throwing blame
It's an alright company to work for but unfortunately management makes it really hard to want to stay and work there. Management will screw things up like the deadlines for repairs on the units and then get upset with you for not meeting that deadline when they didn't check the unit over thoroughly enough to find out it needed extensive re work and - more ... originally it only had 40 hours when it really needed 100 or more.
If management could get it together and actually communicate with everyone to get things running smoother it would not be so bad. - less
