Not good. Declining market share, high technical debt, significant changes (hewitt to aon-hewitt, to alight), falsified culture, frequent leadership changes, and layoffs every 9 months.

It's unfair to recruit degreed candidates and then offer non degreed wages. The CS unit operates under the guise of Call Center and Customer service but the work being done is much more tedious and meticulous. Human Resources work requires business acumen and candidates who've earned degrees and certification are experts who've committed to that field. They are seeking careers vs. Just. Call center job.
