It's unfair to recruit degreed candidates and then offer non degreed wages. The CS unit operates under the guise of Call Center and Customer service but the work being done is much more tedious and meticulous. Human Resources work requires business acumen and candidates who've earned degrees and certification are experts who've committed to that field. They are seeking careers vs. Just. Call center job.

That means:
•Better pay(including those who work as outsourced)
•A 9 to 5, Monday - Friday work schedule(this provides quality of life)
•Non mandatory paid overtime.

Work on helping those who are showing their skills in their daily work succeed. There is no reason for someone who is taking multiple skill calls, for multiple clients, assisting in process improvements and trends to better the company, working as trainers and business instructors still making less then 40K.
