Been working here for a few years and the management has not improved. They do not answer questions in a timely manner and often tell you to refer to training materials. Mine would sometimes not even follow up with escalation cases! Also, during the pandemic they decided that only people who have been with the company for YEARS would be able to have extra pay! So if you’re a newbie or just starting don’t expect any help.
Been working for the company this summer and have been included and supported the whole time. Received multiple training about diversity, inclusivity, etc. Company has been understanding and supportive during the pandemic/BLM. Looking forward to continue a future here.
Roles are mixed and not properly segregated. Other department will push their responsibilities off and will lead to the concierge team to clean up. Management need alot of work. There is alot of miscommunication and lack of proper resources. There is alot of grey zones with not clear approach. High level of stress present.
This is a very young company with a ton of learning to do. There isn’t anybody there who really knows what they are doing. Asked to do useless tasks that make work meaningless. If you like busy work, this company is for you.
Hard to find
Alignment Healthcare was the most welcoming and most caring company I’ve worked for. My role there held a lot of responsibility and it challenged me like no other opportunity. Management and peers strive on the success of all. If one succeeds everyone will succeed - it’s a motto the company lived by.
More interested in the bottom line and do not know how to manage patients. Leadership is non transparent and too many changes in management. I do not recommend this place to anyone. If you want to end your career, apply here. If you want to excel, Go to CAREMORE!

Everything about the job was impressive, but in general corporations are very demanding and this place was no exception. It was hard to maintain work-life balance. I spent a few nights there, working through the night and into the morning. At least, they didn't punish me for working the long hours, but they won't pat you on the back for it, either.
This place is TERRIBLE. Management has NO clue what it's doing. They work you to death. At one point they had you call your manager to ask to go to the bathroom. Poorly structured. Micromanaged. Daily changes. Management hands stuff to you because they dont want to deal with upset members. I had several providers refuse members stating, "Alignment doesnt pay their bills."
Florida management was very unprofessional which made it hard to work for them but the pay kept most of the people until they closed the doors. Work was easy.
The pay was excellent
This place has a great vision just trouble with contracts and too much flip flopping changes that confuse and then anger provider offices
The company has the potential to be a great place to work if they would listen to the Nurses and provide better network coverage along with a department head that will back up that team because all other departments blame all problems on the wrong department when it is the responsibility of all and they shouldn't punish they should provide better incentives and offer remote privileges ONLY to the ones meeting production standards. Employee morale is not a priority too many management changes. They punish and dump on the one (UM) department that they should be helping with the most since what happens in UM ultimately determines continued contracts with their clients therefore the company's viability as a whole. Rescinded remote privileges because UM was unable to keep up due to bad contracting not a uM issue providers in the system were not even seeing memebrs
I was hired as a temp to hire. It never happened. Waiting 6 months. They treat you like a child because of other people on the department that has messed it up for everyone else. If they see you with your cell phone in your hand , they make you put it in a box until the end of the day ! Childish place. For kids out of high school not for a person looking for a permanent real Job to move up in.
Break room is nice and they have a room you can nap in.
Management sucks and no chance to move up
When I started working for the company, I was honored to be working in corporate office with a team that is one. But as time went on, I learned that things are unfair, there is favoritism, and micromanaged. I saw instances where things were handled differently by management depending on where the employee stood on a favorite scale. I am not one to be a brown-noser in order to advance with the company. My views on the company has changed tremendously and I would not recommend anyone an employment opportunity at the company.

difficulty keeping up with exponential growth by management, chaotic and disorganized, Sr management out of touch with realities of frontliners
The organization is very tech savvy, however the daily chaos, frequent staff turnover is brutal on morale. Remote working arrangements were rescinded for staff, and was subsequently allowed for management. Consultants hired were previously known by management, and consulted with select few in the department. The data reported was inconsistent and not verified - impacted the productivity of the department and further lowered morale of the few remaining staff... longest tenure of staff member of the department I worked in as a temp was 2 years. Training and orientation was inconsistent - high turnover in HR as well. HR did not have the confidence of the staff as many resolutions were biased. The organization leaders need to verify data provided for reports, examine whether staff is treated fairly.
tech savvy, clean, comfortable and safe working environment.
daily chaos, inconsistent policies and procedures, high turnover, hard nosed HR department, a great majority of the experienced and reliable staff left the organization
