Never. They are to cheap. Management comes up with some excuse why you don’t get a raise, but expect your benefits to cost more and cover less

Training, better benefits, higher pay, fix computers printers, phones, get rid of management from other hubs, allow time to do your job, stop bs projects, stop looking at production numbers, stop statting out meds at $500 per delivery for free, stop sending meds we are loosing money on, show appreciation to employees- have holiday dinners, get the place clean- people keep getting sick
