The most useful review selected by IndeedDecent place to work at. Fair pay, good benefits. Flexible schedule though there are some requirements for this. Grant funding helps increase flexibility and ability to collaborate with others.

Leadership is really great.
Quality Specialist (Current Employee) - 1709 Moon NE - September 15, 2021
Not very well compensated, but better benefits than a lot of nonprofits in Albuquerque. Overall, All Faiths is a really great place to work. Childhood trauma is a hard field to work in.
Pros
Flexible
Cons
Low pay

Nice work environment, people, job gratification
Records manager (Former Employee) - Albuquerque, NM 87112 - September 23, 2017
Loved the people and what the company did for children. I always had a sense of accomplishment when I finished recording all the donations, thank you letters. This was done on a daily basis. It was fun and gratifying. I was offered another job that was more of a challenge and of, course, more money.
Pros
Nice office, people and job
Cons
sometimed when you have a lot of women working together their personalities don't always click

Needs improvement
CCSS Program Supervisor (Former Employee) - Albuquerque, NM - July 26, 2016
Good place to work, leadership severely lacking, too many promises made and not followed up on, little chance for advancement, turnover rate too high for the field especially for continuity of care

All Faiths Receiving Home
Program Therapist (Current Employee) - Albuquerque, NM - July 8, 2013
All Faiths Receiving Home is a supportive well-run social service agency. AFRH is an environment which promotes and supports humor and good fun among peers. I have gained skill in beginning and revieweing treatment plans for clients. Treatment plans are reviewed every 90-days and updated to support skill developement and positive change. I have gained skill in forming and changing diagnostics, if necessary, to best serve the client. I am building skills in completing psychosocial assessments to facilitate the intake process.
Pros
We earn lots of time off with holidays and vacation accrual each year.
Cons
I stay late at work at the end of the day.

Childcare development
Receptionist (Current Employee) - Albuquerque, NM - August 22, 2012
Work with Children from 6 months to 5 years of age. Help teach their development skills. Director of the facility is great person to work for. Coworkers are fun to work with. Hardest part is when a co-worker calls in for the day, having to pick up the extra task at work. Doing productive activities.
Pros
doing creative activites.
Cons
short lunch breaks.
