I would treat people with respect and talk to them on a general level so that they would have a better understanding on what is needed and what has to be done also if we met our quota for the week I would see if it would be okay to get off early on Fridays with an eight hour of pay which would have to be okayed Thur the company as an incentive

Times can vary. It could take up to two weeks for your resume/application to be reviewed. If you are selected, our HR team will be contact with you for an interview. If you are the right fit, an offer can be made shortly after this. You may also be also asked to interview with other members of the company. Overall, it can take between 2-6 weeks depending on the time of year, position you are applying for and your availability.
