Allegis Group Business Analyst Review

Good leadership/culture

The culture stands out at Allegis. Although growing quickly, you never feel lost in the shuffle. The “higher ups” are very transparent when asked questions. There is room for growth and Allegis does provide many training opportunities.

Pros

Yearly bonus, free lunch

Toxic environment ,biased, favoritism. Good for learning new technology.

The company is good for learning but there is a LOT of favoritism and rules get bent for some VS others .I was a FTE and the company lacks empathy towards new parents. They allow WFh for a similar role if they like you but they would force you otherwise in the name of moments that matter to exploit your situation. The management is very political and they would phrase things in a way that you cannot prove discrimination. Work culture is toxic if you are not a favorite and it is great if you are a favorite 😊. They will amend every possible rule for you if they would want to.

Pros

Learning, relaxed work life balance

Cons

Leadership is biased, lot of favoritism, discrimination, You definitely do NOT get rewarded just based on your work.

Great starter house.

Allegis Group is a great company to learn your way around the house but if you aren't extrememly aggressive you won't make it upstairs. Salary is tedious and work life balance is tough. Management always keeps a public smile on but behind closed doors is a different story. The atmosphere is great, co-workers always trying to keep each other happy and smiling however that should come naturally and not forced.

Pros

great learning experience

Cons

career advancement, salary.

Cons

Some old school mgmt that gums up things.
