Wastewater Operator/WPL (Former Employee) – Harbeson, DE – January 24, 2018
I was hurt on the job. Prior to me being hurt, I asked my supervisor to move me to another position, because the position I was in was hurting my back. She moved me, and then put me right back in the same position a few weeks later..I hurt my back and haven't been the same since.
Management sucks , at times works 7 days a week ,no time off
Driver (Former Employee) – Seaford, DE – February 3, 2018
Forces you to work and break Federal rules and regulations...no driver can work over 70 hours ...no 34 hour restart...they don't care...you don't like it find another job plan in simple...HR doesn't care either..they side with bosses..not employed all the time...
Benefits are good
Forced to work 7 days a week with no notice...poor management
Former employee (Former Employee) – Harbeson, DE – April 22, 2017
If applying for the wastewater supervisor job, be prepared to be lied to, used, abused, backstabbed. Management lacks communication skills and operators are very unhappy. Operators have no mechanical ability, no tools, and it's not expected/required of them. Good luck!! Employees get away with so much and management is aware of issues, but makes jokes about it.
Benefits were decent
Wastewater Management lacks communication skills with employees creating a stressful environment
Production Worker (Former Employee) – Harbeson, DE – March 14, 2016
Not a bad place for job security or advancement. However, ideas to help improve productivity and work atmosphere were largely ignored. My first production line job ever so i learned alot. pallet jack operations n safety, how to propery stack products in a organized and fast manner for cooling and shipping.
Generally a freindly and corgial work enviroment
Seemed to be a lack of communication on certain issues.
