Very poor benefits, after 5 years you get a maximum of 3 weeks vacation. It's so busy you don't always get to use them and they don't roll over. You only get 3 pto days.

Answered

Stressful, they move you into a salary position so they can work you overtime. The pay is poor and the highest raise the best of the best is 3%. They have no loyalty to their employees. If you make suggestions for improvement they find a way to let you go.

Answered

You need to realize you won't get to the level you want your company to grow if you don't treat your staff better by providing a better work environment, better benefits and more vacation time.

Answered

Embarrassed and sorry I wasted my time for nothing.

The hours between 8a.m and 5p.m. If you are a project manager you will feel hopeless. To keep the glass half full- I recommend copious amounts of alcohol on a daily basis, as a way to socialize with your managers, or as a coping mechanism and avoidance of same. It will help when your Sr. Manager pins the rose on you daily- for art, estimating and production using you as their whipping boy/girl when they screw everything up and I do mean EVERYTHING! and you are responsible for finding it! Never mind that each of these departments have managers in place that get paid thousands more than you do and have been there for decades- they don't check their employees work!!! that's your job w/ your very limited knowledge of their job! This is an Allen tradition. Don't you worry though, you will receive a 3% increase and more work for all your efforts! Now that is something to smile about!
