No. Lots of pointless overtime that could have been avoided with proper management. You are told no more overtime and the very same day told not to make any plans for months at a time. Your weekends do not belong to you no matter what you need your day off for. Boss actually acts like he is giving you an award for letting you have your day off and expects you to kiss his butt for it. If you stay to finnish a job your in trouble for collecting overtime. If you leave at the end of your shift, you're in trouble for leaving.
Depends on the department. Admin, HR, IT, and what not were off. Production/manufacturing jobs were not, but you got paid extra and the holiday was added to your holidays days off for use at a later time.
Me working for a temp agency I got paid weekly.i think they got paid every 2 weeks. If I'm not missing. It's been a while since I worked there
If you were in charge, what would you do to make Allergan a better place to work?
I've worked for Allergen before through a temp agency.i was laid off. Work for about 6 months was getting to be hired full time. As for the company I have nothing bad to say about Allergen clean place and the staff was then very concern and very helpful in many ways. The only thing I would say is that I was not notified I would benefit off until that day. It threw me was not expecting that. Over all its a great place.
