The management style is cookie cutter. No coaching through questions I had, just do it. This was not my first job, so I knew this style was not going to help me be productive. More than just me, but my team felt abandoned at times by management. Access to doctors in Wisconsin is very difficult or non existent, but you are rated on how many doctors you can see in a day. Sometimes, depending on the day, there would be an hour drive between locations only to have no access. Their style of managing is to have you create reports, but the reports don't help with real life scenarios and objections.
