A nice place to work

Strategic coaching is one of Alliance Catholic Credit Union's strongest assets. The members are outstanding. A typical day at work is contingent on your position, motivation, and attitude. If you are motivated, detail oriented, and friendly, then this company is a great fit.

Happy work environment

Help members with basic banking transactions. Nothing overly demanding. If a task was above your pay grade and involved a manager override, the computer would send a push notification to all available managers in the company. So anyone was able to respond and assit even if they were not at your branch location

Management changed after merge, not a good environment. Concerns on what tomorrow would bring. Best part of the day was interaction with clients and relationships with long term employees.
