Hiring depends on the position being applied for. Many entry-level and mid-level positions take up to 2 weeks to get hired from start to finish. Other positions may require up to 4 weeks to complete the process.

Alliance Community Healthcare is open Monday-Thursday 8am-8pm, Friday 8am-6pm and Saturday 8am-4pm. We are currently operating on a reduced schedule due to COVID-19 which is Monday to Friday from 8am-6pm and Saturdays 8-4pm

Every year Alliance provides Cost-of-Living Adjustments (COLA) as well as an increase based on job performance. Staff may also receive bonuses based on performance.

Schedules are flexible but all staff are required to work at least one Saturday per month. Weekend schedules are rotated among the staff.

The interview process is formal and relaxed. Candidates will be scheduled for their first phone screening video call then candidates that met interview criteria will be contacted for a second virtual interview with their potential supervisor. After that, the qualifying candidates will be contacted by HR with a final decision and the next step.
