Excellent place to work. .Lunches are one hour. The environment is a busy one but a typical work day goes quickly because you are so busy helping and managing clients. The culture is diverse and this is good for me.
At first it was really good, but I had very little support from my manager; but nevertheless, I basically learned about my job by myself, occasionally contacting the former Office of Immigration and Refugee Affairs directly. Later on, however, our CEO was forced to resign and there was a complete overhaul of the entire organization. In the end, many people got laid off, and I was one of them.
Love every minute of helping the clients the most enjoyable part of the job. Assisted Refugee with the need of Long-Term Medical Assistance. A typical day at work is assisting Refugee with Social Adjustment Needs.
