Not an enjoyable experience

I enjoyed working here for the first year or so but once you get a peek behind the curtain per se it becomes quite draining. The franchising industry as a whole does not appeal to me.

The organization has a great mission. A marketing support company for its national franchise members. As a marketer there are many opportunities to share ideas, but no room for growth. It is a very lean organization.

Internal processes are archaic.Teams are smaller, so the amount of workload is too high.

AFB has a wonderful, nurturing corporate culture. They truly care for their employees. I like the fact that the company promoted a team atmosphere, while still allowing me the independence (and trust) to work independently.

Productive company and good to work for.

I had 20 great years working within the graphics and Alliance industries. I thoroughly enjoyed going to work everyday.
It was unfortunate that my position was eliminated because I truly miss it.

Friendly work environment but needs more room for job movement within the organization. Management does not utilize the experience that the current staff has and continues to incorporate the same traditional marketing methods that have not been as helpful to the franchise network as they should be.

Your either in with the crowd or not. Starts out to be wonderful and
then if you don't fit in they eventually eliminate you either by company down size or treat you so bad you leave.

Good people good place to work, but the pay is not good. They don't give very good raises. Management doesn't keep employees updated about what they are doing or thinking about.
