If I was incharge gotta have 2 other people with great work ethics and centralize where we would do inspections. Invest in a garage with each floor with a representative from each dealer to take returns with inspectors ready to inspect peoples vehicle. Be transparent with inspections within guidlines with less travel more inspections.

It took me about a week after they offered me the job to start working. They make you fill out the hiring paperwork, then take a drug test and background check. The background check was the longest part.

Sick pay?? I had alot of "sick pay " it's really sick no pay and you just escape disciplinary action for time off ill.

Centralize a location with a dealer representative and have inspections done once grounded or before being grounded. Have inspection stations for a 1 on 1 with customers showing some transparency within provided guidelines. Within this place to train employees and evaluate new hires with interest. Saving time and money with more inspections. Idea with 2 other guys who like cars.

I feel pretty good normally, especially during the spring and summer. Winter is the hardest season because of the long hours. People seem to be more tired and unhappy in winter.
