If I was incharge gotta have 2 other people with great work ethics and centralize where we would do inspections. Invest in a garage with each floor with a representative from each dealer to take returns with inspectors ready to inspect peoples vehicle. Be transparent with inspections within guidlines with less travel more inspections.
This is how I would go about it. Have each department have a defined roll and support each department by puting title aside. Knowing everyone has a life and work is were we spend most of our time.
Fire all the management and restructure it from the ground up.
Pay raises for everyone.
Seek more feedback from employees, perhaps by holding weekly meetings that only involve AiM employees
