Hostile environment. Worst place to work.
Supervisor (Former Employee) –  Healdsburg, CAJune 28, 2019
Executives don’t know what they are doing. Worst unorganized health center..it’s hostile environment and that’s they are losing thousands. It’s the blind leading the blind. Many complaints from patients that they would rather drive to Santa Rosa and be seen at SR health centers instead. I’m surprised they are still open. They pay more $ for ma.hmm maybe cuz they quit! Not worth it.

QA/QI Director (Former Employee) –  Healdsburg, CAMay 20, 2019
Never seen a worse example of an executive team that has no idea what they are doing but wants to pretend they know so they micromanage EVERYTHING and nothing gets accomplished, then find someone to blame when things go wrong.
Pros
Co-workers

Inept management.

High turnover, hostile work environment
Quality Improvement (Former Employee) –  Healdsburg, CAAugust 28, 2018
During the 2.5 years I worked at Alliance I saw numerous medical providers, medical assistants, and administrative staff leave due to poor leadership, low staff morale, and a stressful and dysfunctional work environment. Management does not invest in staff and provides little opportunity for career growth. Lots of contract employees. Attempts to reorganize and implement basic medical office protocols were not successful.
Pros
wonderful patients, employees who are dedicated to helping the underserved
Cons
incompetent management, poor communication, hostile work environment

Hostile environment
Other (Former Employee) –  Windsor, CAAugust 14, 2018
Very busy and demanding environment. Management style very pushy and enforcing punishment and blame rather than support and development of human resources. Unapproachable human resources, and do not allow you to work part time in order to go to school. (Forced to resign)
Pros
Providers deeply care for their patients, unfortunately not enough staff to allow providers to do their job
Cons
Poor management, unprofessional, rude staff

Working in the medical field
Medical Assistant (Former Employee) –  Healdsburg, CAJuly 8, 2014
A typical day at work is arrive at 8am and take patients vitals, give vaccines, do referrals to Dr's office if the patients needs one. I learned to be a team player and work independently Management is okay, but I feel like they don't listen to what the employees are saying in regards to cut's or what needs to be implemented to make it flow efficiently. I liked working with some of the doctors because you can learn new skills (different specialty Dr's worked there). Hardest part of the job is dealing with upset Dr's or co-workers. Most enjoyable part was helping out the patients get their medical care.
Pros
Helping the community, good pay
Cons
Short Breaks

Pros
being to help in the back office.
Cons
