High turnover, hostile work environment

During the 2.5 years I worked at Alliance I saw numerous medical providers, medical assistants, and administrative staff leave due to poor leadership, low staff morale, and a stressful and dysfunctional work environment. Management does not invest in staff and provides little opportunity for career growth. Lots of contract employees. Attempts to reorganize and implement basic medical office protocols were not successful.
