All associates will typically go through a phone screen and then in-person interview process. If you are offered a position you are required to take a drug screen and pass a background check. Yes, the process is sometimes lengthy, but there are times when it goes fairly quickly. It is all on a case by case basis.

1- interview, 2- (potential) second interview, 3- job offer, 4- background/drug screening, 5- discuss start dates.
My process was speedy as I thought it would take longer, exactly 12 days from interview to training day.
During your 'waiting period', you will be kept in the know of your status while you'll also be completing a lot of on-boarding/new hire paperwork. It's a journey and requires strong determination but worth it. In closure the on-boarding process time is different for each person.
