The pay is low for a hospital. As a tech you will work hard here. They are frequently short staffed due to turn over. With budget cut backs it’s harder at night, because you will do two jobs for the same low rate. A couple of the nursing supervisors are on a power trip. It makes the atmosphere toxic, and it’s hard to do your when you feel like they’re - more... watching waiting for you to mess up. I’ve met a lot of great nurses and techs here a shame they are all leaving for better pay and less hectic jobs. - less
