Soul sucking tedious work with unclear processes.Unless you love insurance verification and all it's intricacies, run and don't look back.
It think it depends on where you work and the people that are there. At Frisco TX it was kind of bad earlier this summer. Bad attitudes and yelling on the floor. Supervisors and managers worked real hard to get rid of that stuff. It’s so much better now. People get along pretty good and work with the different groups better. Helps the patient faster and better too.
This “high school “ horrible work environment no ethics or morals, no structure underpaid micromanage too many processes that don’t fit the metrics Supervisors not mature and lacks experience I wouldn’t recommend this job to anyone CEO and Directors really need to evaluate the site as a whole
RUN!! This place treats adults like children. You process insurances they don’t cover. Tedious
Environment good for someone wanting to work a lot of overtime

Micromanaging, they need to know what you are doing every minute of the day. You clock in, then clock in again on your phone. The phone breaks down if you are working, breaks, lunches and downtime. Now, a new system called NICE is going to be added on top of the other micromanaging.
Fast paced, low morale, tiring, micromanaging. Anyone who says otherwise is lying.
Very Nice I have no complaints
