We also emphasize leadership development. Our leaders focus on helping employees discover, develop and use their unique talents for greater team engagement and ultimately performance.
Lastly, we recently changed the rest break policy at Alliant, and our Contact Center employees receive two, 15-minute breaks and one, 30-minute lunch period.
