If by move up in the company you mean work 70 hours a week and get paid for 50, it is not much advancement, you will work for $9 an hour doing something someone who should be much better paid should be doing. The days are long and you are very sales driven, they will watch you on camera and post pictures of you on group chat chastising your posture if they see fit. You will be expected to drive deposit to a bank, sometimes 15-20 minutes away with no reimbursement for gas on unpaid company time for 2100 a month.
