Managers do what they want for who they want. If the manager does not like you they will look to fire you or make work conditions hard.I enjoy a pretty steady schedule but often asked to be a team player with nothing in return.

I've been working for this company for nearly a year and things have only gotten worse the longer I've been here. I started out making $12 an hour, I'm now making $11. The site i'm at now is much further from my house then the one I started at. I can't get a hold of anyone at the office unless they want something from me. There is a severe lack in communication, that needs to be addressed immediately. Also don't expect to have a life because if you relief don't show up you have to stay no matter how long it takes, I know a few people who worked 30 plus hours for one shift. Now if that's the kind of job you're looking for then you have found it, EVERYONE ELSE, RUN!!If choosing this company for the hiring bonus, you'll be lucky to get even half of it.

It's an easy job if you need one. Doesn't pay much, good for starters. Can be very slow and boring at times. If your looking for a career, avoid the security industry. Managers are lazy and depressed, don't care for workers.

They try to get you the shift you need but there’s really no room for improvement. Only worked at the resorts. Great supervisor and manager but the resort managers were the problem.

It's a good company, it pays weekly and there are chances for upward mobility and training. They have many posts in many different areas and venues. Training is online and MUST be done while working.
