Yes it depends on your site, account manager, contract.

Hear me out. Account managers are on salary so by them asking for a pay raise for you is only work for them to do this is why your rarely get one also why AUS has a huge turnover rate.

The rare occasion you do get one it was the client that initiated the raise vs the account manager doing what they should do by knowing everything the site has you doing to negotiate a fair pay raise at the minimum you should get a COLA raise.

Quit harassing people who do their job and do it well, don’t pass them up for a promotion to someone with less time in the company and when that person has less experience as well as not very good performance such as the person you passed over because they are female. Quit being so worried with all of the little dumb things especially if someone does their job and does it well. That will only end badly. Realize that we are human beings too with families and bills and real feelings.

Harassment, reprisal for reporting to upper management, a manager who wanted me to use a vehicle fraudulently just so they could keep it (the building was 150 yards away) and my supervisor's scary behavior.

Nothing to fear you'll get hired dear lol.... 2-3 interview questions and your hired. "Are you open to working 2nd and 3rd shift" yes... "what are your one of your biggest strenghts" my answer " always being reliable and giving a helping hand to everyone whether it's an elderly, a family or friend" ....interviewer "ok great can you stand against the white wall while I take your photo and in 1hr you'll receive an email from me on where to take your drug test" once I receive your test results I'll send you to do your 2nd interview with the HR manager then to do fingerprinting and badging at ohare Airport.

Helping others. Providing a service to help others feel more safe/secure. But that goes for working at any Security company.
