There is no mentoring. Some people with to move up and have the potential, but leadership feels threatened and holds you down until they quit. I've watched the massive turnover at my site. It's a shame.

They will hire anyone the turn over rate here is high. If you want to work keep the mind set when you get hired that you want to work. Hope for the best as well as hoping that your assigned to a post that you like. Learn from everywere that you maybe assigned to. It helps when building up your resume on all the task a post may have you do as skills you learned and can use in the future.
